Figalicious Breakfast Smoothie

It's figalicious, t-t-t-t-t-tasty tasty!

Sorry I couldn't resist! A little cheesiness in your day is a must.

I have acquired a new love of fresh figs. I've been adding them a lot to salads and smoothies or just snacking on them with cheese.

This smoothie is very refreshing and flavorful.

Figalicious Breakfast Smoothie:

  • Handful of strawberries
  • Handful of raspberries
  • 4 or 5 leaves of kale
  • 2 fresh figs
  • dash or two of almond milk (depending on how you like your smoothie consistency)
  • Heaping spoonful of coconut greek yogurt (vanilla will do just as nicely)
Mix all ingredients in your blender, top with chia seeds and enjoy!
